1. The Surveyz refer a friend promotion will recommence on 30/08/2024

2. Surveyz retains the right to modify or close the referral program at any time. At this stage the promotion end date has not been determined.

3. The ability to refer friends is available to Surveyz members on an invite only basis.

4. Surveyz retains the right to invite members to participate in the promotion or disallow members from participating in the promotion.

5. Members that are invited to participate in the refer a friend promotion will will see a “Refer a friend” menu item available in the app, from where functionality will be available to refer friends. If you do not have this option available to you from your menu, you currently do not qualify to refer friends.

6. To refer a friend, you must receive consent from your friend to receive your referral to Surveyz.

7. To qualify for a referral bonus, during the period of the promotion is active, the new member (your referred friend) must:

   • join Surveyz using your unique referral code, AND

   • link their main bank accounts, AND

   • successfully complete a survey.

8. After your friend completes the above actions, you will receive $1.00 for the first survey they successfully complete. You will then receive $1.00 for each survey that is successfully completed by the friend you have referred up to a maximum of $10.00 for each friend referred. Survey screen outs do not qualify as successful completions.

9. Each referral bonus will be allocated to your account once qualification criteria has been achieved and confirmed.

10. There is no limit on the number of friends that you can refer.

11. Surveyz retains the right to withhold or revoke a referral bonus where it believes referrals are not genuine, the referral is an attempted self-referral, or the spirit of the promotion is being abused.

12. Surveyz retains the right to suspend your participation in the referral program at any time.

13. Referrals before the campaign has commenced or after the promotional campaign has ended will not be rewarded.

14. Surveyz reserves the right to withhold or revoke credits awarded through the refer a friend scheme if it determines that credit was awarded through error, or in violation of these terms and conditions.

15. Surveyz reserves the right to suspend membership in the event we believe the spirit of the promotion is being abused.

16. Self-referrals are not permitted.

Examples

1. Example A: the friend you refer joins using your code, links their main bank accounts and successfully completes 10 surveys. You earn $1.00 each time they complete a survey and earn $10.00 in total.

2. Example B: the friend you refer joins using your code, links their main bank accounts and successfully completes 5 surveys. $1.00 each time they complete a survey and earn $5.00 in total.

3. Example C: the friend you refer joins using your code, completes 6 surveys but doesn’t link their main bank accounts. You don’t earn any bonus as your friend did not link their main bank accounts.

4. Example D: the friend you refer joins using your code, links their main bank accounts, but doesn’t complete any surveys. You don’t earn any bonus as your friend did not complete any surveys.

5. Example E: the friend you refer joins using your code, links their main bank accounts, but doesn’t fully complete any surveys. They screen out of 1 survey. You don’t earn any bonus as your friend did not fully complete any surveys.
