Surveyz is free to use and always will be.

When you link your bank accounts, this allows us to understand consumer spending patterns across Australia, and identify groups of people for surveys that are relevant to them - e.g. grocery buyers, coffee lovers, gym junkies etc. More surveys for you means more opportunities to earn even more money. You'll also get double the pay for every survey once your accounts are connected.

The pay per survey depends on the length of the survey. We pay more than others. If you've connected your bank accounts, you'll earn double the pay for your say. You can quickly get started with your first $3.00 by linking your bank accounts and then completing your welcome survey.

Members who have connected their bank accounts will qualify for more surveys. In general, members can expect on average two surveys per week.

Survey length varies. While most of our surveys take between 5 and 15 minutes, on occasion we offer shorter and longer surveys.

When you use Surveyz, no personally identifiable information captured when using the application is ever shared with the businesses or partners we work with. We use the latest encryption technology and work with leading financial and security service partners to ensure your information is safe at all times. We are fully compliant with Australian privacy guidelines. We never share your personal information, and client insights are always deidentified, at an aggregated level, and solely for market research purposes.

Unfortunately not. In order to ensure that the businesses we work with get the best consumer insights possible, we need to ensure that a survey is only completed once by each member.
